By purchasing any of June Mac’s services you agree to the following terms and conditions.

  1. June Mac provides psychic readings, mediumship, healing services, coaching, mentoring services and these services are considered to be for entertainment purposes only.
  2. June Mac is not liable for any direct, indirect, or incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising from using his services available on this site or its content
  3. Furthermore June Mac does not warrant or represent that the service engaged will meet your requirements and makes no guarantees with regards to the quality, completeness and accuracy of her readings or outcomes taken by her clients as a result of her readings or healing services.
  4. All services provided by June Mac should NOT be used as a substitute for seeking professional care for the diagnosis and treatment of any medical and/or psychiatric disorder.
  5. The services of June Mac are in no way to be used as a replacement for Professional Legal or Financial advice or any other professional advice.
  6. June Mac will not be held liable for loss of income, damages or emotional stress considered to be caused by providing a service to her clientele.
  7. June Mac will not be liable for the death or personal injury resulting from the negligence on our behalf, or for fraudulent misrepresentation.

 

Services Terms & Conditions

  1.  All visitors using this service must be 18 years or over.
  2. We require 48 hours notice if cancelling or rescheduling your appointment.
  3. By booking a service with June Mac and using this site you are agreeing to the terms of service, privacy policy and legal disclaimer.
  4. By giving us your email address you agree to allow us to send you occasional marketing materials. We will never pass your details to another company.
  5. This website and all the contents in it are protected by copyright laws. No piece of content or information should be misused, reproduced or passed in any way without the permission of June Mac
  6.  No refunds are available unless authorised by June Mac

 

Product Terms & Conditions

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging.

Refund or replacements will be made at the discretion of June Mac.

Please notify us within 14 days with a request of refund/ replacement if needed. Photographic evidence and description of the issue would be greatly appreciated.  

Replacement and return shipping cost is at the expense to the buyer. 

We do not offer refund or replacement on sale items or gift cards.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.

Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.

Shipping

FREE local pick up is available. Exactly where is stated at the bottom of each product. Usually Chirnside Park, Victoria (Occasionally there are other areas for pick up available).

$10 flat rate postage and handling for standard orders. Custom orders involving heavy packages may incur extra shipping costs.

Australia wide shipping only. 

All orders will be shipped within 48hrs(business days) unless stated otherwise. 

Community Collabz offers regular and express post with Australia Post. 

After your order has been dispatched we are no longer responsible for any transit issues or damages that may arise. Although we will do our absolute best to help you if something does happen. Please contact us within 48hrs if you require our assistance.
